As an alternative to traditional fuel systems called "incinerators", characterized by large overall dimensions, high running costs and onerous operation, it is now possible to use advanced "green" equipment that makes the process simple and easy.

 

Expalantion

FMW1 is the new furnace. Which uses the principle of pyrolysis for the carbonization of organic residues in the complete absence of oxygen,so as to minimize the formation of smoke and emissions of toxic substances and dioxins into the air.

Heat is generated via a microwave system which acts on organic waste without combustion thanks to the oven chamber’s inert atmosphere. The process occurs quickly and in perfect safety, constantly monitored by a PLC that manages each working phase.

The series of manual and automatic crushing mills for crushing various types of materials for the recovery of precious metal residues. 3. MIXER.

The VM/MX series of mixers is the ideal solution for mixing powders of dry materials processed with the crushing mills. Furnace slag, ashes resulting from carbonization of worked gold residues, powder from crucibles and refractory materials, or from the trituration of electronic components and printed circuit boards, once pulverized, are mixed to obtain homogeneous products ready to be tested or amalgamated with other components to obtain new compounds.

 

Inside an AISI 304 stainless steel chamber (316 on request), a system of discontinuous blades having a double concentric coil mounted on a shaft with cast iron supports creates a counter-convergent motion of mass capable of mixing materials of different specific weight and carrying the product to the discharge nozzle. The process is fast and efficient, and can also be applied to granular products.

 

The VM/MX mixers may be equipped with optional components like electro pneumatically controlled exhaust vent, electronic weighing system with load cells, or dosage programmers with digital or computerized display. The VM/MX mixers are compliant with the required international.
